Everything is made in small batches with real ingredients and made with love. This isn't the popcorn you are going to find on a shelf of big box store and the taste is noticeable.

How long does the popcorn last?

We pop daily and make each and every order fresh to order. For ultimate freshness our butter and cheese popcorn is best enjoyed within 3 weeks of receiving. Caramel and anything candy coated flavors can last a month or longer. That caramel coating seals the popcorn and locks in the freshness!

How quick will I get my popcorn?

Accepted Answer

We usually pack and ship within 2 business days. Popcorn will arrive via UPS and/or USPS. We will send you tracking information!

Need it sooner? Message us. Store pick up, local delivery, and Uber Eats are also options

Where are you located?

Accepted Answer

We are proudly located in Salem, Massachusetts. Our state of the art facility and retail store sit at the ocean's edge in Pickering Wharf. POP in and watch us pop through the viewing window, grab a popcorn or ice cream, and take in a sunset on a bench overlooking the marina.

Is the facility nut free?

Accepted Answer

No. We have peanut and tree nut flavors. While we do clean and sanitize in between flavors our facility is not nut free.

Where can I find nutritional information?

Accepted Answer

Each bag will have nutritional information. We do have a small kitchen and cross contamination of peanut, other allergens, and gluten is possible. We also have a QR code on each bag which links to allergy information. Do you offer wholesale options?

Yes, we do! Our wholesale program is primarily local. Successful accounts can either pick up in-store or arrange a delivery plan. For out-of-state inquiries, please note that shipping costs are a significant consideration.

How can I send to multiple addresses?

Accepted Answer

If you are sending to less than a few addresses its easiest to place separate orders. For larger orders please reach out and we can discuss through email. We can discuss the popcorn, the destinations, any custom notes, and then we can simply invoice you for payment.

How many ounces are in the standard retail size bag?

Accepted Answer

We measure our popcorn in cups, not ounces. Each retail bag holds approximately a whopping 7 cups of popcorn!

The reason this unit of measurement is preferred is because we want to be able to compare all of the popcorn equally. Caramel Corn weighs a lot more than Buttered!

All popcorn is popped with coconut oil. Good and healthy!

Can I redeem my "POP POINTS" in the Salem retail store?

Accepted Answer

No. The retail store and website are totally separate. POP POINTS can only be redeemed online.

But.. you can always order something on the website (even if you're standing in the store) and choose STORE PICK UP and redeem those points baby.

Yes, many but not all of our popcorn flavors at POPPED! are gluten free. We understand the importance of dietary restrictions by offering a wide selection of gluten-free options. Popcorn kernels are naturally gluten free.
